| Dave has been working as a personal fitness trainer at the Family Athletic Club since 1999.
A Master's degree graduate of East Stroudsburg University, he specializes in training people with chronic
disease and disabilities. He teaches a progressive approach to exercise, beginning at low levels and working consistently towards a goal. |

Jason has been involved in exercise prescription since he graduated from Lock Haven University in 2001 with a degree in
Recreation Fitness Management. He has been with the Family Athletic Club since 2002 and is always looking forward to helping people
