Programs and ClassesSpinning Classes - Spinning is a 45 minute workout performed on specialized cycles. Each Spinning instructor is nationally certified through Mad Dogg, the forerunner of indoor cycling. Monthly class schedules are available and class reservations are recommended. These classes are included with your membership. Group Fitness - Group Fitness classes include Fitball, Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Sculpt and Interval Training. Monthly class schedules are available and reservations are not required. These classes are included with your membership. Ten Tiger Self Defense - Under the instruction of Master Ray Granger, you can learn martial arts skills that are primarily based of those of John Pellegrini's Combat Hapkido style. These classes are offered three times a week, for further information contact Ray Granger (his number can be attained through the Family Athletic Club). This program is not included with your membership. At Ease Massage Therapy - Get a massage or a gift certificate and receive a great massage from our nationally certified therapist Heather Forrey. They make a great gift or a very relaxing treat to yourself after a hardworkout. Contact Heather for further information. This program is not included with your membership. Tai Chi - Subtle Exercise of slow fluid movements using both the internal and external resources of the body. A great workout for the mind and body under the instruction of Frank Shiery.
